Possibilities and Hope

Hope is something you hear in every success story.  I just watched the movie The Pursuit of Happyness last weekend.  And it was such a learning lesson.  I love that it was based on a true story - that someone actually had that much hope that he created his amazing success - 1 excruciating step at a time because of his hope and faith in the possibility of success for him and his son.

My lesson has been that if you aren't open to possibilities they will pass you by.  Sometimes you don't even know you had an opportunity because you were unaware of it's potential.  For your health and wellness I don't know of anything that is more of a motivator than hope and possibility.  It is where all of life's changes and transformations begin.

As you step outside of your comfort zone and apply yourself to a healthier lifestyle the possibilities are endless.  When you have more energy, you're sleeping better and thinking clearer the world seems to expand, breath in techni color.  How do we get better at having hope and recognizing our possibilities?  There is no other way other than to practice.  To expand.  To grow.  In the movie the character played by Will Smith didn't sit idly by and wait for his machines to sell or his new job to appear.  There was action.  And lots of it.

I want to help others awaken to all of their possibilities through stillness and self care.  My workshop series that is starting this fall is a great way to begin.  These are 2 very different workshops working on different aspects of health and wellness.  Check out the blog submission regarding the workshop series titled Fall Into You posted last week.  Today is the last day for early registration

Hope is the companion of power, and mother of success; for who so hopes strongly has within him the gift of miracles.  Samuel Smiles

When I dare to be powerful, to use my strength in the service of my vision, then it becomes less and less important whether I am afraid.  Audre Lorde   That sounds like something a Goddess would say!
