Michelle,<BR>I love this post! I have been finding that when I am doing extraordinary in one facet of my life; I default to self-sabotoge in another area....my body/health/wellness! As soon as I start to notice the really nasty self-talk, I committ (again) to doing something about it. The moment that I start getting physical again is the moment that it becomes easy to make healthy choices...especially in the summer. I cannot count the times I've heard "Just this once, you deserve it!". If I did it just that time, every time...I'd be over 200lbs again! So, thank you for your always timely reminders!

Hey Michelle, thanx for this new entry! I have taken a "break" from my workout's and started getting on my ball a week or two ago. Just starting that empowered me to get back into running, and now I have a friend who's willing to shuffle with me! We have similar weight goals, and have committed to EACHOTHER as well as ourselves to "shuffle" 2 miles on Monday and Friday and on Wednesday's we are heading to Claresholm to swim lengths to mix it up! I am really excited to experience the results of our new partnership! Working out is fun if someone else is suffering along with you!!! Whoop Whoop!

I am sorry to hear this. You offer such a wonderful program! I am truly a changed person from when we first began. It's a shame more people aren't ready to make themselves a priority. With your help they could and it saddens me to realize this. I wish you luck and hope this becomes a reality for you sooner than later!!
